The restaurant
Our restaurant with bar is a warm, welcoming, spacious and bright environment; from its large windows you can enjoy a unique view of Lake Salto, while at the table you can enjoy typical traditional dishes characterized by simple flavors and high-quality local zero-mile raw materials. The restaurant offers a menu of typical dishes that varies throughout the year in accordance with the seasonality of the products, based on the products obtained from the organic vegetable garden of the farm, a limited production whose origin is known, safe and high quality. The result is a set of typical local dishes in full respect of traditions with good and above all healthy cuisine. The pastas are rigorously handmade, the meats come from trusted local producers, fruit and vegetables come from our own crops for a menu based on a choice of fresh ingredients of the day, selected according to the season. The cellar offers a wide variety of wines and spirits for tasting and meditation.
When booking, guests will also be able to request special dishes: we will be ready to accommodate our customers’ every wish.
The mountain trabocco
The trabocco is an imposing construction typical of the Abruzzo coast, a platform jutting out into the sea anchored to the rock by large trunks. In honor of the Abruzzo origins of our Cicolane lands, we decided to create the first mountain overflow, an aerial wooden platform overlooking the lake extending from the swimming pool towards the organic fields; a one-of-a-kind creation, a multifunctional structure that can be used to enjoy the magnificent views and sunsets over the lake at any time. This mountain overflow is connected, with an overhead connecting walkway, to the relaxation area of the farmhouse, ensuring continuity with the areas above the structure. A union between architecture and landscape, a non-invasive construction that goes well with the rural nature of the land.

The bar
Our bar is a point of reference for our guests who like to have an aperitif while enjoying the wonderful view of the lake, being able to sit under the pergola to fully breathe in the scents of the countryside or in the internal room, for a cuddle in front of the lit fireplace.
The bar offers a wide choice of cocktails, glasses of wine and bubbles for an unforgettable aperitif and a refined selection of spirits for a meditative tasting. All obviously accompanied by tasty tastings prepared by our Chef.
The pool bar
Our poolside bar is a point of reference for our guests who like to have an aperitif while enjoying the warm atmosphere of our swimming pool and the wonderful view of the lake, being able to sit in the garden to fully breathe in the scents of the countryside or on the belvedere, to don’t miss all the nuances that the surrounding nature offers.
The bar offers a wide choice of cocktails, glasses of wine and bubbles for an unforgettable aperitif and a refined selection of spirits for a meditative tasting. All obviously accompanied by tasty tastings prepared by our Chef.
