This agreement defines the terms and conditions applicable to the contract of accommodation.

1 Conclusion of Contract: The Contract shall be concluded with the signing of this document at the conditions here defined and at the price list applied by Ferrari Farm. The Guest, with the signing of this contract, also authorizes the immediate debit of the amount due for the entire stay o n a credit card or deposit cash.

2 Price, Payment and Deposit: The price charged corresponds to the total price calculated on the basis of days of stay and number of rooms. Ferrari Farm, on arrival at the property, may require the payment of a security deposit to cover any damages. This deposit will be returned in full to the Guest by Ferrari Farm on the day of departure. It is understood that for the investigation of damage caused by the Guest, Farm Ferrari will be entitled to withhold the amount of the damage from the deposit, unless, in each case, the right to compensation of any further damages.

3 Termination of Agreement: The Guest who cancels the contract, will have to pay 100% of the total price of the stay, also in case of early check-out and non-use of the booked services. In the event of unavailability of housing, by will or causes chargeable to Ferrari Farm, this will take over the total return of any amount advanced.

4 Accommodation Replacing: Ferrari Farm reserves the right to substitute accommodation with others with equal or higher quality, for reasons of force majeure or for any other reason, independent of the will, for which is not able to guarantee the Guest the enjoyment of choices rooms. lf the Guest, for reasonable cause, refuses the rooms offered in substitution, Ferrari Farm will reimburse the Guest the sums received and no further amounts shall be due to the Guest for any reason.

5 Malfunctions, Suspension Utilities and/or Faults: lf you encounter unexpected malfunction or equipment failure, Ferrari Farm will work to restore the proper functioning of the same: where recovery cannot be timely for technical and/or logistical reasons, no compensation will be due to the Guest. In addition, Ferrari Farm will not be liable for any suspension or interruption of services such, but not limited to, electricity, gas and water.

6 Arrival and Departure: The keys will be delivered locally to the Guest, at the check-in starting from 14.00. The Guest must leave the accommodation and check-out with return of keys, by 12.00. The Guest must issue, on arrival at Ferrari Farm, a valid identity documents for people occupying the accommodation for registration of Law. At check-in, Ferrari Farm guarantees that property, furnishings and technical facilities gave in use at Guest are in perfect condition and free from damage of any nature, or will report to the Guest in writing with annotation on the contracts of any Accommodation anomaly. The Guest, after check-in, is required to verify the status of the accommodation and then to report any damage and/or property, furniture and technical equipment anomalies. The Guest at check-out is required to pay the whole amount due for the stay and any drinks, and/or additional services. Under Article 1587 cc the Guest takes delivery of the building, furniture and techniques equipment and uses them with the diligence of a good father for the use specified in the contract. Upon check-out, Ferrari Farm ensure the state of the room and if it will find any damage and especially to property, furniture and/or technical equipment, not reported at the time of check-in, will take charge at market prices plus the operating expenses. In the event that it is determined the need for extraordinary activities for the restoration of the property, furniture and/or technical equipment initials conditions, such as only an example extra cleaning and expenses due to carelessness, will be subject to charge.

7 Guest’s Obligations: The Guest agrees to use the accommodation with care and refrain from any action that may cause damage to the same, its appurtenances, its outbuildings and the items contained therein. He undertakes to return the keys at the end of the stay; loss of keys result in the refund of the cast of a new lock and 4 new groups of keys, as well as the restoration costs. The Guest agrees not to reproduce and deliver a third person the keys. The Guest undertakes to comply, for the whole period of stay, the ordinary precautions and safety measures to prevent the entry of strangers in the property. It is understood that in case of failure to comply with this obligation, the Guest shall be liable for damage caused to housing and to the goods contained therein, as well as the surcharge due to the increase in the number of occupants.

8 Faculty of Access to Accommodation: Ferrari Farm and/or third parties appointed by, will have the right to access the accommodations in order to carry out checks, cleaning, repairs and/or maintenance.

9 Pets: inside the structure are not allowed.

10 Common Equipment and Living Standards: The complex is equipped with chairs, tables, beds and chairs, gazebos, gym etc .. The use of these facilities is for guests on request and subject to the availability, every day from hours 10.00 to 18.00, with the exception of the departure day. The usage is free of charge with the exception of any bedding and any cleaning and restoration charges, resulting from non-good care and education of users. The Guest is required to comply with the regulation Hof their own home and to respect the common rules for example: the quiet (early afternoon and at night), noise or rowdiness.

11 Expressed Termination Clause: Ferrari Farm will have the right to terminate the Contract in the event of nonpayment by the Guest of the security deposit to the terms and conditions laid down, in the case of behavior contrary to the good management and residency regulations. Ferrari Farm will be entitled to retain as a penalty, the economic value that it will consider corresponding to the damage caused.

12 Jurisdiction: For any dispute that may in connection with the subscription, execution and interpretation of this contract, the only Exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Rieti.

Within the meaning and effects of Arts. 1341 and 1342 of Civil Code and Articles 33 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the undersigned hereby accept the above conditions and in particular those contained in articles 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 15 in relation to the exdusive competent court.

We inform you, pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree n. 196/2003), that your personal data will be processed correctly and transparently, far lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights. The treatment will be carried out with the help of informatics means for the following purposes:

1. To comply with the obligation under Art 109 of R. D. 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires to record and communicate the Guest’s identity to the police;
2. To Comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
3. To carry out the function of receipt of messages and telephone calls;
4. To send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and the practiced offered.

We also wish to inform you that the provision of data for the treatments set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be binding, and in case of refusal, we cannot host you in our Locanda. By signing this document you give your consent to the data processing. For any further information, and to exercise your rights by article 7 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Lgs.196/2003), you can contact the treatments owner, namely Ferrari Farm Società Agricola S.r.l .
